Be aware that Law of Attraction is always working, you can’t switch it off. It expands on our thoughts and focus and brings them into reality. Therefore, when you are consistently thinking ‘fat’ thoughts, the Universe will simply supply you with more of them. As the universe ‘expands’ your thoughts, so does your waistline!
The more you focus solely on all of the fat that you see in the mirror, or how frumpy and unattractive you feel, the stronger the negative vibe you are sending off to the Universe. The Universe will respond to these thoughts by manifesting these them for you two-fold, which will not only cause you to struggle to lose weight but can also cause you to gain it.
The Law of Attraction is a perfect Universal Law and you do not need to find a way around it or find cunning ways to trick it; you simply need to remember that your thoughts equal things and to change your focus and thoughts to ones which serve you.
Ditch the ‘fat thoughts’ along with the faddy, obsessional diet and food ones and follow Your LOA Weight Loss Prescription instead:
1. SEE and FEEL Your End Result
It’s very important to visualise the END RESULT, and nothing but the END RESULT. Don’t worry about how it will come to be. Have faith the right signs and solutions will show themselves along the way and as long as you take action on them you will reach your goal.
In carrying out this visualisation you are aligning yourself with your perfect shape/body. You now know that you attract whatever matches the energy that you send out via your thoughts, feelings, beliefs and emotions. You therefore need to become a vibrational match to your ideal body, so first decide how exactly it will look.
You also need to connect real heart felt emotion to it that ideal body. Imagine how it will feel when you it. Really get into that feeling emotion zone.
Make sure that you do this for a few minutes each day. Morning and night if possible.
2. Get Chummy With Your Tummy
Stop creating resistance to obtaining your ideal size and blocking your alignment to the right vibration, by criticising yourself and your body. Instead of waging a constant war against your body and hating it, offer it up a white flag of surrender and learn to be friends with your body once again, work with it and take constructive, positive responsibility for it. Only the best will do for you!
If you are consumed with dislike and negativity at what you see in the mirror and continue to repeat common complaints such as ‘I hate my bum/stomach/legs…I put weight on so easily…It’s impossible for me to lose weight’ etc. then you will attract more of this dissatisfaction and similar experiences into your life.
Many have the idea that it will be OK to feel good about ourselves in the future, when we have lost weight. Until then we believe we should feel ashamed and unworthy. If you’re beginning to think that there’s something back-to-front with this way of thinking, then you’re bang on! As long as you keep feeling bad and low vibrationally, you are trapping yourself in the self-destructive spiral.
When you really stop and think about it, your body does so much for you, it is totally mind blowing. Stop seeing your body as the enemy and start seeing it for what it really is – a miraculous creation which you deserve and NEED to have in peak condition and optimal health!
3. Be Rich with Love & Gratitude
Excess weight is a sign that you are not being loving or grateful for what you are and what you have. Love and gratitude are powerful tools that can undo the negative thoughts that have created your reality so far and they can raise your vibration to the frequency that it needs to be on!
Gratitude has a vital part to play in being in that happy place where life flows easily and wonderfully. Therefore, being thankful for your body and mind everything that it does for you will prove a massive leap in improving self esteem and aiding weight-loss.
Many hold the belief that we supposed to be apologetic and run ourselves and our lives down. We’re not supposed to appreciate ourselves at all or the life that we lead. Instead, we’re supposed to look at other people and feel envious. This will only cause the LOA to work in a negative frame and against what you really want.
Start recognising what’s great about you and your life and the world around you. The truth is that as soon as you start really looking, you’re going to find lots of things that are fantastic.
4. Act ‘As if’
To become a vibrational match to your ideal body then you have to FEEL now like you would if you already had it! This might seem like a tall order but start it and you’ll see that it gets easier and easier and so much fun.
Get into the emotion zone of what it will be like, your daily visualisation exercise will show you how this feels.
Focus on these feelings throughout your day. Ensure that everything originates from this feeling of having reached your ideal weight. Stand as if you were slim, if you would wear a belt to synch in your waist then wear one now, or if you would tuck your shirt into your jeans, then tuck it in now! Speak to people as if you are the slimmer you already. If you would be more confident, happier or more outgoing then start to be that right now. Be the slim version of you right now.
Just consider how easy it would be to feel excited and happy NOW if you KNEW that your weight loss goal would be achieved in a few months’ time. This sort of guarantee is available to you if you are prepared to accept that you create your reality.
This is about actually feeling better/happier now, knowing/expecting that what you want is coming. Being able to see the light at the end of the tunnel and basking in the fantastic feelings that it creates.
Also be aware of the language you use: The past is history. The future is ideas
So, when you focus on a thought or idea like “I will become slim“, you are putting it in the future – the land of dreams, concepts and “what if“. It will still attract good things to you, somewhere down the line but it is still no better than a goal.
However, if you want to really start using the law of attraction most effectively, you need think in terms of the present.
Not “I will be slim“. Instead think and feel “I am slim!. Feel it as if it is real right now in this moment and hold onto that feeling.
5. Focus on the Right Things
We get where we are by focusing our thoughts, emotions and actions in a certain direction. We get what we focus on. The mistake we commonly make is to focus on the wrong thing. You see, when you focus, you focus something. You cannot focus AWAY from something.
This is probably the most common mistake people make!
You cannot focus on “not being overweight“. That’s the same thing like focusing on being overweight.
A person who focuses on “not being poor” is focusing on being poor.
So instead of focusing on a negative – like “losing weight“, you should focus on a positive – like “I am slim” or “I have the perfect body”.
6. Take Inspired Action
So your thoughts, feelings and beliefs are very important but you also need to back it up with action!
You need to eat healthy food (not avoid bad food!), you need to exercise and be active consistently (not to avoid just sitting and lying on a bed all day long). Take calm action that is directed by your intuition, non-obsessional and NOT fear based.
When decided upon what action to take always ask yourself ‘Am I running toward what I want or away from what I don’t want’?
Don’t do solely the things that will help you lose weight. It’s important to enjoy your life to the fullest, not to struggle along the way.
You need to do the things that make you feel great about yourself. What are your talents? What makes your soul sing? Do these things. The happier you make yourself by doing the things that you love, the higher your vibration and the easier and happier your life becomes. It’s not selfish – it’s a no brainer!
No longer blame yourself for your bad choices or past mistakes, but instead, recognise that you indeed ARE in control.
Not that you can strive to be in control. Not that you are capable of it if you try really, really hard, with all your willpower.
No, you’re in control right now, and you always have been! The proof of this is where you are right now.
Remember that if you believe and expect, then you will succeed!
